1. What is the lead time for my order?
All orders received and after verification of payment, will be produced, on average, within 10 working days . To this period is added the transport period, which varies depending on the chosen shipping option (CTT Expresso or regular CTT).
2. How should I proceed with complaints?

3. Is the color of the product I see on the website actually the color of the shoe?
We make every effort to represent the products shown on our website as accurately as possible, however the exact color and texture cannot always be conveyed correctly through digital photography. Furthermore, as we work with natural raw materials (animal skin), it is not possible to guarantee that all products are 100% the same, and may vary slightly from what is shown in the photograph. Lighting and different monitor settings can also influence the color tone.
4. How can I be sure the size is right for me?
If the product has any information regarding size, you must respect this suggestion and choose the most appropriate size. If there is no additional information, it means that the product uses the regular European size.
If you have any doubts about choosing the size, you should contact us directly so that we can advise you in the best possible way. Upon receipt of your order, we will provide you with all the necessary information to choose the correct size.
5. In what situations do exchanges and returns apply?
In the event of a product defect , you must contact us by filling out the contact form found on the website or sending an email to misswolfshoes@gmail.com reporting the situation. Once the defect situation is confirmed, MISS WOLF will assume all costs associated with the repair or replacement of the product in question.
In case of an error in choosing the size, you can request an exchange for the same product (in the corresponding size), filling out the contact form or sending an email to misswolfshoes@gmail.com . Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
MISS WOLF is not responsible for cases of damage due to excessive or inappropriate use of the products, and may, at the customer's request, present a quote for the repair or replacement work.
