Our products are the result of extensive research and pre-sale testing, resulting in the fine details that define high-end luxury. Slight variations in hides and skins are perfectly normal for the type of natural materials we use. All types of leather and other delicate materials (including metal accessories) can suffer from moisture and direct sunlight. Humidity, salt and atmospheric agents in general can cause permanent and irreversible wear. Therefore, avoid rain and direct contact with heat, oil, grease (makeup), alcohol (perfume solvents) and other abrasive products, since MISS WOLF is not responsible for any deterioration, modification and inappropriate use of our products. Avoid contact with any materials that could transfer color pigments to our products. All materials are extensively tested before sale. PRODUCT CARE GUIDE:

As it is a natural material, even the most luxurious leather can age with time and use, requiring care to maintain its good condition and preserve its quality. Naturally tanned leathers such as Vacchetta can change color with use and exposure to light. It is not, therefore, a defect but the natural aging process of the material. Due to the nature of patent leather and the finish used, it is possible for dye to transfer into the leather causing irreversible damage. We advise you to store your product in the bag provided and avoid contact with darker colored materials. As resistant as leather is, it is natural for products to be marked by wear and tear and need occasional maintenance. Any loose and superficial dirt can be wiped off with a soft, damp cloth and allowed to dry without applying a direct heat source.

Materials such as suede go through an extensive finishing process, but due to the delicacy of this group of materials, they can transfer color to lighter colored products. Suede is a very absorbent material and therefore marks easily. We recommend using a good quality suede protector to keep the products protected from water and in good condition for longer. A good quality suede brush can be used to remove loose and superficial dirt, applying gentle strokes to avoid permanent damage.
